[PATCH v2] KVM: X86: improve documentation for KVM_CAP_X86_BUS_LOCK_EXIT

Improve the description for the KVM_CAP_X86_BUS_LOCK_EXIT capability,
fixing a few typos and improving grammar for overall clarity.
