[PATCH 4/5] staging: vt6655: Rename variable byDIFS

[Gilbert Adikankwu]

Remove byte Type encoding "by" from variable name and replace camelcase
with snakecase

Fix checkpatch.pl error:
	CHECK: Avoid CamelCase: <byDIFS>
