[PATCH net-next] net: atm: Remove redundant check.

Checking the 'adev' variable is unnecessary,
because 'cdev' has already been checked earlier.

Found by InfoTeCS on behalf of Linux Verification Center
(linuxtesting.org) with SVACE.
