One thing I try to avoid is to include the asound.h, which has the
definition of
'format', because in user space, there is another copy in alsa-lib. there will
be conflict in userspace for include videodev2.h/asound.h and asoundlib.h.

Another reason for adding V4L2_AUDIO_FMT_LPCM, I think use LPCM is
general for audio cases, maybe in the future there will be a requirement for
non-PCM, like MP3/AAC format.

If use SNDRV_PCM_FORMAT_*, there will be a lot of pixfmt need to be added.

'format' field is one character of LPCM. From this point of view, it seems LPCM
is simple.
