According to the value read from HW Feature Register(offset 0x1058),
both TXCOESEL an
RXTYP1COE/RXTYP2COE are zero.
Therefore, neither TX COE nor RX COE is supported by LS1C MAC.
Current plat_stmmacenet_data is Inaccurate.
