[PATCH 6/7] nvmem: sprd: Modify block_num and block_offset macro

The corresponding efuse block_num and block_offset are different for each
soc, and different block_num and block_offset macros should be defined
depending on the soc.

Therefore, SPRD_EFUSE_NORMAL_BLOCK_NUMS and SPRD_EFUSE_NORMAL_BLOCK_OFFSET
are changed to UMS312_NORMAL_BLOCK_NUMS and UMS312_NORMAL_BLOCK_OFFSET.
