This patch limits control_buffer_code into a 4KB page mapping entry. I
don't think they are the same solution, even you remove the PGD
mappings.

We need your synchronization, but not for this case.

This patch is for kexec. See title riscv: kexec: tag.

And I don't think your larger problem needs to be fixed. I agree with
your first point that simply limit the usage of set_memory_x.
