[PATCH] media: Documentation: Fix [GS]_ROUTING documentation

[Tomi Valkeinen]

Add mention that successful VIDIOC_SUBDEV_G_ROUTING call will update
'num_routes' and remove mention about non-existing streams, which is
incorrect.
