[PATCH] media: dvb: add missing spaces before '*' and around '=', remove spaces after '*'

Add missing spaces to clear checkpatch errors.

ERROR: "foo* bar" should be "foo *bar"
ERROR: spaces required around that '=' (ctx:VxV)
ERROR: that open brace { should be on the previous line
