Hi Fabio,
with interrupts = <11 IRQ_TYPE_LEVEL_LOW>, USB OTG doesn't work.

I have added additional debug messages to help diagnose
(prefixed by DEBUG_IRQ), and here is what I have:

With IRQ_TYPE_LEVEL_LOW:
