Re: [PATCH] x86/32: Use a thread flag to track SYSENTER status

I was looking at merging and simplifying the SYSENTER/SYSCALL MSR
setup code, and the ss1 hack was making that more difficult. I
haven't finished that part yet as I'm waiting for the dust to settle
on the 32-bit syscall disabling patches.
