The node name should be "syscon" as the example node name in the
dt-bindings document is "syscon".

It seems that the clock calculation logic of the mt7620 has changed.
The kernel got an incorrect clock frequency 3480MHz. The correct CPU
clock should be 580MHz = 3480MHz / 6.

I will test and report mt7628 later.
