Eight smb3 client fixes
- important fix for deferred close oops (race with unmount) found with
xfstest generic/098 to some servers
- important reconnect fix
- fix problem with max_credits mount option
- two multichannel (interface related) fixes
- one trivial removal of confusing comment
- two small debugging improvements (to better spot crediting problems)
