system hangs with kernel 6.1.30 f

Hello,

I have already posted this in a forum of my distribution. There I was
advised to write this mail.
Since an update of the kernel to version 6.1.30 the system hangs as soon
as you try to log in.
(Except linux61 and linux61-nvidia no other packages were updated.)

last working kernel: 6.1.29 (5.x is working too)
first not working kernel: 6.1.30 (6.1.31, 6.3.4 does not work either)
