1) ltp-syscalls fallocate06 - FAILS on arm and arm64 on 4.19 and 4.14.

2) We have recently upgraded our selftest sources to stable-rc 6.3 and
running on stable rc 6.1, 5.15, 5.10, 5.4, 4.19 and 4.14 kernels.
