I got it.
I will add the save-stage-3 in the atomic-IST-entry.

The benefit of the new stage:
Do CR3/GSBASE/IBRS switching in the C atomic-IST-entry.

The IST main stack can be in the Kernel CR3, not necessarily in the CEA
