[PATCH 5/5] gpiolib: of: remove [devm_]gpiod_get_from_of_node() APIs

Now that everyone is using [devm_]fwnode_gpiod_get[_index]() APIs,
remove OF-specific [devm_]gpiod_get_from_of_node().
