[PATCH] memblock: Fix doc for memblock_phys_free

[Miaoqian Lin]

memblock_phys_free() is the counterpart to memblock_phys_alloc.
Change memblock_alloc_xx() with memblock_phys_alloc_xx() to keep
a consistency.
