And I just tested to_jal_imm() vs RV_EXTRACT_JTYPE_IMM(), they match perfectly.
E.g:
RV_EXTRACT_JTYPE_IMM(to_jal_imm(imm)) == imm is alway true when imm is a jal
valid offset.
