[PATCH 0/4] watchdog: Remove #ifdef guards for PM functions

Hi,

A finishing touch of my previous work that removed #ifdef guards around
PM functions. Some drivers were not updated.

With this patchset all watchdog drivers are now converted to use the new
PM macros.
