#syz dup: KASAN: use-after-free Read in nilfs_segctor_confirm

Looks like the same issue as above because nilfs_evict_inode() is
called as the result of a failure of nilfs_new_inode() and
nilfs_permssion() hits use-after-free read for struct nilfs_root
according to the log.
