#syz dup: INFO: trying to register non-static key in nilfs_bmap_lookup_at_level

I confirmed that the patch titled "nilfs2: fix NULL pointer
dereference at nilfs_bmap_lookup_at_level()" which I submitted for the
above issue also fixes this oops.
