[PATCH -next v2 1/2] x86/boot/compressed: Add "-Wall" flag to Makefile

Compressed/Makefile does not have "-Wall" flag, this is the old problem of
x86 not sharing makefiles. Fix by adding "-Wall" flag to Makefile.
