[PATCH v3 09/10] LoongArch: Enable CONFIG_KALLSYMS_ALL and CONFIG_DEBUG_FS

Defaults enable CONFIG_KALLSYMS_ALL and CONFIG_DEBUG_FS to convenient
ftrace tests.
