[PATCH linux-next] selftests:bpf:use the !E in conditional statements

From: cgel . zte
Date: Sun Jul 31 2022 - 22:24:33 EST

From: ye xingchen <ye.xingchen@xxxxxxxxxx>

Use !E to replace the type of x == NULL. This change is just to simplify
the code, no actual functional changes.
