I'm pleased to announce the 5.15.24-rt31 stable release.

In addition to a rebase to the latest 5.15.24 tree, this release contains
one RT fix:

7acae746a514 net: Write lock dev_base_lock without disabling bottom halves.

This is a fix for a lockdep detected circular locking dependency that shows
up as a lockdep splat; thanks to Luis Claudio Goncalves for pointing out the
problem and the fix.
