 I run make dt_binding_check, it say 'dt-doc-validate' not found!

Ensure dtschema python package is installed and in your PATH.
Current PATH is:
/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/games:/usr/local/games:/snap/bin
