[PATCH v3 2/3] power: supply: bq25980: Implements POWER_SUPPLY_CHARGE_TYPE_BYPASS

This patch remaps the bypass operation from POWER_SUPPLY_CHARGE_TYPE_FAST
to POWER_SUPPLY_CHARGE_TYPE_BYPASS.
