[PATCH] binfmt: move more stuff undef CONFIG_COREDUMP

[Alexey Dobriyan]

struct linux_binfmt::core_dump and struct min_coredump::min_coredump
are used under CONFIG_COREDUMP only. Shrink those embedded configs
a bit.
