[PATCH v3 RESEND 1/1] visorbus: fix a copyright symbol that was bad encoded

The copyright symbol was badly encoded using the
REPLACEMENT CHARACTER U+fffd ('�'), probably due to some
bad charset conversion.

Fix it.
