[PATCH 11/13] usb: core: config: remove unnecessary parentheses

This fixes the following checkpatch.pl warnings:

core/config.c:657: CHECK:UNNECESSARY_PARENTHESES: Unnecessary parentheses around 'header->bLength > size2'
