Are these lines up in real code? Looks like they're not in the diff.

HISI_8BITS_MASK is just 0xff right? I think we're more used to seeing
the value used in place. Creating a macro for it out of GENMASK is
probably slightly over-engineering it a little.

Usually mark the value with the mask, not the mask with the value.
