I said earlier about proper capitalizations of the acronyms.

E.g. "tpm1.x" has no meaning. TPM 1.x has. There's also a few other
similar examples.

Do not use "we". Write in imperative term.

You use parentheses incosistently here. E.g. tpm_tis_core_init has them
in some sentences, and in some it doesn't.

Ok. Please also take care fixing the cosmetic things, which you
clearly haven't done (like writing acronyms correctly).
