[PATCH] gpiolib: Rename "chip" variables to "gc" in core header file

[Geert Uytterhoeven]

Consistently use "gc" for "struct gpio *" variables.

This follows the spirit of commit a0b66a73785ccc8f ("gpio: Rename
variable in core APIs").
