And a bunch of other places I guess... and I guess we need to
select VHOST_RING too?
Also Jason, I just noticed that you added:

config VHOST_RING
tristate
+ select VHOST_IOTLB
help
This option is selected by any driver which needs to access
the host side of a virtio ring.

but are you sure this will do the right thing if VHOST_RING itself
selected?
