[PATCH v2 27/27] MAINTAINERS: Add myself & nvdimm/ocxl to ocxl

The nvdimm/ocxl driver will be maintained as part of the ppc tree.

I'm also adding myself as an author of the driver & contributor to
the generic ocxl driver.
