[PATCH 06/27] drivers/staging/rtl8192u/ieee80211/rtl819x_HTProc: correct braces of else statement

Coding style edit to clear the checkpatch.pl error:
ERROR: space required after that close brace '}'

And balanced the brace of the same else statement:
CHECK: Unbalanced braces around else statement
