The linux kernel causes udev to spin up floppy drive permanently without
disk inserted
[2.] Full description of the problem/report:
Using a SCSI floppy drive (possibly the same for a USDB floppy
drive). Boot is very p[2.] Full description of the
problem/report:rolonged, because udev is waiting for floppy disk drive
to "become ready". Afterwards kernel causes udev every x minutes to try
spinning up the floppy drive. One USB floppy drive got damaged due to
caused mechanical stress by this in the past (kernel 3 something). SCSI
drive luckily refuses to spin without floppy.
