[PATCH 05/28] video: fbdev: asiliantfb: constify pci_device_id.

From: Arvind Yadav
Date: Thu Jul 20 2017 - 13:47:36 EST

pci_device_id are not supposed to change at runtime. All functions
working with pci_device_id provided by <linux/pci.h> work with
const pci_device_id. So mark the non-const structs as const.

File size before:
text data bss dec hex filename
4703 512 0 5215 145f drivers/video/fbdev/asiliantfb.o

File size After adding 'const':
text data bss dec hex filename
4767 448 0 5215 145f drivers/video/fbdev/asiliantfb.o
