[PATCH 06/86] perf trace beauty: Export the strarrays scnprintf method

From: Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo
Date: Wed Jul 19 2017 - 10:30:54 EST

From: Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo <acme@xxxxxxxxxx>

As we'll call it from the fcntl cmd scnprintf method, that needs to look
at the cmd to mask the next fcntl argument when it is ignored.
