[PATCH 19/19] perf stat: Add --metric-only support for -A

From: Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo
Date: Thu Mar 10 2016 - 16:09:50 EST

From: Andi Kleen <ak@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Add metric only support for -A too. This requires a new print function
that prints the metrics in the right order.

v2: Fix manpage
v3: Simplify nrcpus computation
