[GIT PULL] kconfig changes for v4.5-rc1

Hi Linus,

please pull these kconfig changes for v4.5-rc1:
- Fix for make xconfig segfault
- Handle long strings in config symbol values
- Fix for mixing boolean and kconfig ternary type
