A few update suggestions were taken into account
from static source code analysis.

  Delete unnecessary variable initialisations in rsi_send_mgmt_pkt()
  Delete unnecessary variable initialisations in rsi_send_data_pkt()
  Replace variable initialisations by assignments in rsi_send_data_pkt()
