[PATCH] Documentation: email-clients.txt

Patch included below. As an aside, thank you for the excellent work on
the books and other documentation.

Documentation: email-clients.txt

The information for Claws Mail, Evolution and Thunderbird was out of
date. It has been updated with new instructions and warnings.
