[PATCH] regmap: Allocate buffers with GFP_ATOMIC when fast_io == true

If a regmap is using fast_io, allocate buffers in the write APIs
with GFP_ATOMIC instead of GFP_KERNEL. Otherwise we may schedule
while atomic.
