Nice, this is what I wanted to do, but could not do, when I
cleaned up these functions a few years ago.

- if (!npages)
- mem->flags &= ~KVM_MEM_LOG_DIRTY_PAGES;

Especially, removing this hard-to-understand lines is really
nice.
