[PATCH] usb: ehci-msm: Don't ioremap configuration space exclusively

[Ivan T. Ivanov]

This allow same IO space to be shared between HCD and Device
controller driver. Which can be loaded simultaneously and
started/stopped on demand by USB OTG PHY driver.
