[PATCH] avc: remove unnecessary pointer reassignment

Commit f01e1af445fa ("selinux: don't pass in NULL avd to avc_has_perm_noaudit")
made this pointer reassignment unnecessary. Avd should continue to reference
the stack-based copy.
