[PATCH perf/core 0/2] perf-probe: bugfix and update

Hi,

These patches are a bugfix and an update of the document about
perf-probe.

 - The first one fixes probing on the function which has
  been inlined by optimizer but is not marked as inlined
  in the debuginfo.

 - The second one just updates perf-probe document.
