[PATCH 0/7] staging: comedi: comedi_compat32.[ch] fix and tidy up

Fix a bug in the handling of the 32-bit compatible version of the
COMEDI_CMD ioctl and tidy up the rest of the 32-bit compatible ioctl
handling code a bit.
